The Company operates Nava Desk, a digital editorial publication service providing recording-ready economic scripts, source ledgers, data tables, visual assets, show notes, and editorial guides about India.

Territory and Currency

Purchases are offered only to customers located in the United States. Prices and charges are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly noted otherwise.

Product Nature

All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Subscription Model

• The selected paid trial begins when the order is completed.
• Your first paid issue will be emailed and added to your Nava Library within 7 calendar days after checkout. New issues are delivered weekly thereafter. Earlier issues are included only when the selected plan explicitly includes archive access.
• The monthly subscription begins after the selected trial.
• The renewal amount and any bundle discount are disclosed before payment.
• The subscription renews monthly until canceled.
• To cancel, email support@navadeskhq.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before renewal. We confirm cancellation and the access end date by email. Future deliveries stop on that date; charges already processed are not automatically refunded.

Creator License

Paid issues include commercial creator and editorial usage rights under the Commercial Content License. Source materials may not be resold or distributed as a stand-alone product.

Billing Descriptor

Charges are intended to appear under the billing descriptor navadeskhq.com. Questions about an unfamiliar charge should be sent to support@navadeskhq.com.

Refunds and Billing Corrections

Refund and billing-correction conditions are described in the Refund Policy. Cancellation of a subscription is separate from a refund request.
