Company Information

License Grant

For each paid issue delivered to you, the Company grants the purchasing individual or organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use that issue in finished editorial and creative works. The license applies worldwide to the finished works even though purchases are offered only in the United States.

Permitted Use

• Edit, shorten, expand, translate, and otherwise adapt the content
• Record or perform scripts in podcasts, videos, broadcasts, presentations, and other media
• Publish adapted material in newsletters, articles, websites, social posts, and client-facing editorial work
• Use charts and visual assets as part of a finished publication or production
• Monetize finished publications and productions
• Share source materials internally with one production team working for the purchasing individual or organization

Restrictions

• Do not resell, sublicense, or distribute source files as a stand-alone product
• Do not publish a complete source script substantially unchanged as a downloadable or reusable substitute for the Nava Desk product
• Do not make the source ledger, templates, or data package publicly available as a competing library
• Do not sell or transfer account or Library access
• Do not use the content to train or build a commercial machine-learning model without separate written permission
• Do not imply that the Company endorses the customer's publication or conclusions

Ownership and Customer Contributions

The Company retains ownership of Nava Desk source materials and all rights not expressly granted. You retain ownership of your original contributions, recordings, commentary, branding, and other material you add to a finished work.

Duration and Cancellation

The license for a paid issue is perpetual for permitted finished works and for new permitted uses of that paid issue. Cancellation ends access to future issues and may end online Library access after the paid period, but it does not require removal of finished works already published under this license.

Editorial Responsibility

You are responsible for final fact-checking, updates, legal review, disclosures, and editorial decisions before publication. Nava Desk content is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or business advice.

Termination for Breach

The Company may terminate this license for a material breach that is not cured after notice where cure is reasonably possible. Rights in compliant finished works created before termination remain subject to applicable law and any written resolution of the breach.
