Overview

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges. It does not delete your account or remove paid issues already delivered to your Library.

How to Cancel

Email support@navadeskhq.com from the email address associated with your order or account. Use the subject “Cancel subscription” and identify the subscription you want to cancel.

The cancellation email link displayed in checkout, purchase confirmation, your Library, and Support opens a prepared email addressed to Nava Desk. We confirm cancellation by email; keep that confirmation for your records.

Cancellation Deadlines

During a trial, send your cancellation request no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your trial ends and the paid subscription begins. A timely cancellation prevents the paid subscription from beginning.

For an active subscription, send your cancellation request no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your next billing date. A timely cancellation stops subsequent renewal charges.

A cancellation request is treated as submitted when it is received at the cancellation email address. We state the effective date and access end date in the confirmation email.

Access After Cancellation

If you cancel during a paid billing period, access continues through the confirmed access end date. No future issues are delivered after that date.

Paid issues delivered during a paid period remain in your Library and remain licensed after cancellation under the Commercial Content License.

Fees and Refunds

There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation does not automatically refund a paid trial, subscription charge, or other charge already processed. Refund eligibility and billing corrections are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Charges After Cancellation

Nava Desk charges are intended to appear under the billing descriptor navadeskhq.com. If you see a charge after cancellation, contact support@navadeskhq.com immediately with the cancellation confirmation, charge date, and amount.

United States Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable federal or state consumer-protection law. Online subscription customers are provided a timely, easy-to-use email mechanism for stopping recurring charges.

If a cancellation or billing concern cannot be resolved with Nava Desk, you may contact your state Attorney General or submit a report to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
